If you’ve recently moved into WPHA and If you haven’t been welcomed to the neighborhood by a street ambassador from the membership committee, please let us know. We want to present a welcome gift and give you information about what we do and how you can get involved and meet your neighbors. Click here to see the list of street ambassadors who are in charge of welcoming new neighbors.

Dues to WPHA are $40 per year and $35 for senior citizens. The security patrol fee is $50.

They can be mailed to:

Ward Parkway Homes Association
PO Box 140083
Kansas City, MO  64114

Dues are used to…

  • Provide funding for special events where association members can meet other neighbors and build a strong sense of community.
  • Keep members informed about what’s going on around the neighborhood, with businesses, schools and churches, and city government.
  • Welcome new neighbors to our area and help them settle in.
  • Maintain the common areas in our area either alone or in conjunction with the parks and recreation department. Through the “Home of the Month” program, we encourage homeowners to keep their property looking good.
  • Represent our organization to the city to fight for what’s in the best interests of our homeowners and the surrounding neighborhood (such as preventing additional liquor licenses, billboards or other negative factors, or soliciting and organizing dumpster days, community service work crews picking up trash and low cost tree replacement). We also work with other homes associations in the surrounding neighborhoods and the Waldo Area Business Association.

Notice to Mortgage Holders: For information about WPHA Dues and to find out if fees are up to date, please contact Lynne Madeo at 816-523-2049 or lmadeo@hotmail.com.
