April 2012 TBA	Easter Egg Hunt	This year's Easter egg hunt will be at a new location - Ward Parkway Presbyterian Church (7406 Ward Pkwy). The Easter bunny will make a special guest appearance, so parents, don't forget your camera!
May 2012 TBA	Neighborhood Garage Sales	Contact: Maureen Hardy, 816.361.5433 Our annual neighborhood garage sale is always a huge success. We post signs at major intersections and publish a large ad with other homes associations to draw more traffic to our area.

December 9 & 10, 2011	Holiday Homes Judging	Three winners will be awarded for imaginative & beautiful lighting displays. Each winner receives a $25.00 gift certificate from Sutherlands and a yard sign designating them a winner. There will also be a $100 award given to the block or partial block whose decorations are the best (the $ can only be used toward the cost of a block party). Start planning your theme and help make our neighborhood one that’s truly special and worth a detour to see!
